With over 20+ years of experience, we know this industry inside and out.
We’ve discovered the best way to make a positive difference in the lives of children, youth, and their support networks is by rising above the challenges through a personalised approach to each child.

Rise Child and Youth Services is a social enterprise providing therapeutic residential care, semi‑independent living and support programs for children and young people across Toowoomba, the Darling Downs and South West Queensland. For more than 20 years, we have walked alongside children and youth who have experienced complex trauma and instability, helping them feel safe, build resilience and develop the skills they need for adulthood.
As a social enterprise, our primary purpose is social impact rather than profit, and any surplus is reinvested into our programs, people, and local community so we can improve outcomes for the children, young people and families we support. This means government agencies, referrers and community partners can be confident that working with Rise directly strengthens frontline care, service quality and innovation, while young people gain access to stable, nurturing environments and tailored support that puts their needs and aspirations first.
